We’re a young, modern, and fast-growing Lithuanian e-commerce company creating both digital and physical subscription-based products. We’re on a mission to grow, and we’re looking for a responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to join us on this journey.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking over accounting activities from external vendors and creating a scalable in-house system
  
• Handling full-cycle accounting (from A to Z)
  
• Submitting tax declarations (VAT, income tax, social security, etc.)
  
• Issuing and processing invoices, working with international banks/payment vendors (PayPal, Stripe, Revolut, etc.)
  
• Managing relationships with external vendors
  
• Scaling the accounting team as needed
  
• Supporting internal and external audits, and preparing annual financial statements

What we’re looking for:

• First and foremost, a person who shares our mindset—eager to build things together, and confident enough to work independently in their area of expertise.
  

You will be a great fit if you have:

• At least 3 years of accounting experience (ideally in e-commerce or subscription-based products)
  
• Strong knowledge of Lithuanian accounting and tax regulations
  
• Experience working with various accounting software
  
• Familiarity with foreign banks, payment providers, and experience working with multiple currencies
  
• A sharp eye for detail and great organisational skills
  
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  
• Fluency in Lithuanian and at least intermediate English
