Your role
We’re not just optimizing pages – we’re building a culture of experimentation that fuels growth.
As CRO Team Lead, you’ll own the on-site conversion strategy, lead a team of experts, and turn data into meaningful business impact.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Websites, Marketing, Design, SEO, and Data Analytics teams.
Your day-to-day
Lead and inspire a team of 3 CRO Specialists – cultivating a culture of curiosity, ownership, and data-driven excellence.
Own the experimentation strategy end-to-end: define priorities, set bold goals, run experiments, and align with business objectives.
Drive the on-site revenue engine from ideation to execution, shaping the company’s growth trajectory.
Analyze and translate data into stories – uncover behavioral insights, identify conversion bottlenecks, and turn findings into action.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, development, and data teams to deliver seamless, high-performing user experiences.
Champion experimentation culture – encourage curiosity, learning, and transparency through documented results and shared insights.
Stay ahead of the curve – apply the latest CRO methodologies, consumer psychology insights, and AI-driven optimization tools.
Your skills and experience
4+ years of hands-on CRO experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship role.
Expert in A/B testing, UX, and consumer behavior, with a proven track record in improving conversions.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills – fostering growth, accountability, and creative problem-solving.
Strategic mindset, linking experimentation goals with business growth metrics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – you collaborate easily across all levels.
Data-driven, proactive, and adaptable – you balance quick wins with long-term impact.
Familiarity with performance marketing or paid acquisition strategies is a plus.
Thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment – ready to push boundaries and lead by example.

Compensation
💰 Gross salary from 5380 EUR/month, depending on experience and seniority.
