The team is growing and they’re now looking for a CRO Team Lead to join the journey.
About the role
This role will be key in driving on-site growth and building a strong experimentation culture across the business. You’ll own the conversion strategy end-to-end, lead a team of CRO specialists, and turn data into measurable business impact.
You’ll work closely with Websites, Marketing, Design, SEO, Development, and Data Analytics teams, with real ownership over results and direction.
Your day-to-day
Lead and inspire a team of 3 CRO Specialists, fostering curiosity, ownership, and data-driven decision-making
Own the experimentation strategy end-to-end: define priorities, set ambitious goals, and align experiments with business objectives
Drive on-site revenue growth from ideation to execution, shaping the company’s growth trajectory
Analyze user behavior, identify conversion bottlenecks, and translate insights into actionable improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, development, and data teams to deliver high-performing user experiences
Champion a culture of experimentation through transparency, documentation, and shared learnings
Stay ahead of industry trends by applying modern CRO methodologies, consumer psychology insights, and AI-driven optimization tools
We’re looking for someone who
Has 4+ years of hands-on CRO experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship role
Is an expert in A/B testing, UX, and consumer behavior, with a proven track record of conversion improvement
Has strong leadership and coaching skills, encouraging growth, accountability, and creative problem-solving
Thinks strategically and connects experimentation goals with business growth metrics
Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with diverse stakeholders
Is data-driven, proactive, and adaptable, balancing quick wins with long-term impact
Thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and leads by example

Compensation
💰 Gross salary starting from €5,380/month, depending on experience and seniority.
