Affiliate Manager – SEA
About the Role
We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our Affiliate Marketing team, helping us grow and optimize our affiliate partner network across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. In this role, you’ll work closely with Performance Marketing, Product, and Regional Growth teams to strengthen partnerships and drive sustainable business growth.
What You’ll Do
Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners in SEA markets (primarily Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam).
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates.
Negotiate deals, define KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement of partner performance.
Explore new market opportunities and develop initiatives to increase brand visibility and revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns and promotional activities.
Monitor campaign data, analyze trends, and propose growth-oriented optimizations.
Utilize automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency and partner engagement in daily workflows.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
Strong understanding of the SEA digital and affiliate landscape, including key publishers, coupon websites, and digital communities.
Proven ability to build and scale affiliate networks from scratch.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable working with AI and automation tools in daily operations.
Fluent in English and at least one local SEA language (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Thai, or Vietnamese).
