Your role
As part of the Affiliate Marketing team, you’ll lead the expansion and optimization of the affiliate program in the Middle East and North Africa region. You’ll work closely with performance marketing, localization, and growth teams to strengthen partnerships and identify new market opportunities.
Your day-to-day
Identify, engage, and onboard new affiliate partners across the MENA region, mainly Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.
Nurture relationships with key affiliates to drive sustainable growth.
Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for conversion and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure market-aligned strategies.
Research and implement new growth channels and affiliate opportunities.
Integrate automation and AI tools into daily operations for higher productivity.
Your skills and experience
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships.
Deep understanding of the MENA digital marketing landscape knowledge of local affiliates, such as: main news and technology websites, main coupon websites, digital communities, etc. .
Proven record of developing and managing affiliate relationships.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
General proficiency in automation and AI tools.
Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
