The company is growing and they’re now looking for a Head of User Acquisition to join the team.
About the role
This role will be key in driving scalable and profitable growth across multiple DTC brands. You’ll own user acquisition strategy end-to-end, lead cross-channel efforts, and ensure strong alignment between performance, creative, and product.
You’ll work closely with in-house and external teams across Meta, Google, Email, Design, and Copy, with full ownership over results.
Your day-to-day
Lead and manage user acquisition efforts across Meta, Google, and Email channels
Build and execute 0→1 acquisition strategies for new brand launches
Collaborate closely with performance creatives and copywriters to build high-performing ads, landing pages, and funnels
Align and guide the extended team: in-house Meta buyer, freelance Google buyer, email team, designers, and external partners
Own and optimize key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and MER to ensure scalable and profitable growth
Structure and oversee testing frameworks across audiences, creatives, funnels, and offers
Forecast budgets, analyze performance, and translate data into clear, actionable insights
Ensure smooth execution and coordination across all stakeholders
Provide leadership and direction to the media buying team
We’re looking for someone who
Has proven experience in performance marketing or acquisition leadership roles
Has strong hands-on knowledge of Meta and Google advertising platforms
Understands direct-response marketing, funnel strategy, and data-driven growth principles
Can align creative, product, and performance teams around shared goals
Thinks strategically and executes with focus and speed
Is self-driven, ownership-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments
Has experience leading or mentoring media buyers or growth teams
